1. Age & ID

All guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo ID. Entry will be denied without it. No exceptions.

2. Dress Code

Upscale casual to dressy. No athletic wear, baggy clothing, work boots, plain white tees, graphic offensive apparel, or excessively revealing attire. Management reserves final discretion at the door.

3. RSVP & Reservations

• Free RSVPs guarantee a spot in the door line until 11:30 PM, not entry — capacity is enforced.
• Table reservations require a confirmed minimum spend communicated by our team. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.
• No-shows after 11:00 PM may forfeit their reservation.

4. Conduct

We have zero tolerance for harassment, fighting, illegal substances, or weapons. Disruptive guests will be removed without refund. Be kind to staff, other guests, and the building.

5. Photo & Video Release

By entering the venue, you acknowledge that photo and video may be captured and grant House Party Fridays a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in promotional content (social media, website, ads).

6. Risk & Liability

You attend at your own risk. House Party Fridays, Stone Water Restaurant + Entertainment, and their owners, employees, and agents are not liable for lost or stolen property, personal injury, or any damages arising from attendance, to the maximum extent permitted by Texas law.

7. Intoxication

We follow Texas alcohol service laws and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone visibly intoxicated. Please use rideshare — links are on our home page.

8. Changes

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
